A pair of Brolgas - found in the middle of the Northern Territory highway
Being in Northern Territory reminds me of my East African Trip. I saw so many native Australian wildlife that is unique to this continent. Throughout my trip, I encountered many of them which you can find on my separate Northern Territory blog postings (e.g. Kakadu, Katherine, Litchfield) or by going to my wildlife category. These are some of them that I spotted while driving around the region. Just a quick list of what are in my photos below:
- Dingo - Australian wild dog
- Spider
- Lizzard
- Brolga – a large native Australian bird
- Kangaroo – Australian marsupials
I was also lucky enough to see Australia’s largest birds of prey at the Alice Springs Dessert Park (see my separate blog posting).
