Leliyn (Edith Falls) - Katherine, Northern Territory

Mai in front of Leilyn (Edith Falls)
On the way drive from Kakadu to Katherine, I decided to make a pit stop at Leliyn (Edith Falls). Leliyn is located 40 km north of Katherine. It has a maginificent waterfall with a plunge pool. Most of the bush walking trails were closed due to the heat.
Unfortunately the plunge pool was closed due to flooding. It was still definitely worth visiting though, infact the flooding made the sight the more spectacular! The stream was gushing out at a ferocious rate and to be so close was really a sight to behold. Here are more photos
