While at Phillip Island we had dinner at Infused Restaurant. It is a fusion style restaurant where they mix western and asian style cooking to produce a fusion dish.
I enjoyed the food very much. I classified this as fine dining due to the price considering the location. However, this cannot be compared with fine dining in Melbourne.
This is what we ate:
- Sichuan Salted Squid served with chilli caramel, green apple and ginger salad AU$15.50

- Sichuan Salted Squid
- Housemade Duck Springrolls served with red nam jim and sticky soy AU$16.50

- Duck Springrolls
- Tangine of slow cooked lamb shoulder served with lemon hummus, parsnip crisps, roasted red pepper and Spanish onion salsa AU$28.50

- (Fish of the day) – Grilled Ocean trout served with red pepper sauce, cucumber salad and crispy rice noodle AU$29.90

We washed down our meals with a bottle of Ninth Island Pinot Gris from Tamar Valley, Tasmania
