While at Phillip Island we had dinner at Infused Restaurant. It is a fusion style restaurant where they mix western and asian style cooking to produce a fusion dish.

I enjoyed the food very much. I classified this as fine dining due to the price considering the location. However, this cannot be compared with fine dining in Melbourne.

This is what we ate:

  • Sichuan Salted Squid served with chilli caramel, green apple and ginger salad AU$15.50

We washed down our meals with a bottle of Ninth Island Pinot Gris from Tamar Valley, Tasmania :) .
