Leiden - the quaint student town and the birthplace of Rembrandt
Leiden is a quaint student town with canals and old buildings. Leiden is the birthplace of the famous Dutch artist Rembrandt and the home of Netherlands oldest university. Here, I stopped and feasted on dutch pancake. They taste better here :)! I visited the Citadel of Leiden built in 1950 to fight against the Rhine.
