Cute and Compact city of Delft, Netherlands
Delft is another little charming city in the Netherlands which is worth visiting. It is the home of the Golden Age Painter Jan Vermeer. Delft is also famous for its blue porcelains (usually known as Royal Delftware). I enjoy walking along the canals and the cute houses line up just off the canals.
I visited the 14th centure Nieuwe Kerk. You could find crypt of the Dutch royal family and the mausoleum of Willem the Slient. I also visited the Oude Kerk which houses the tomb of Jan Vermeer’s.
