Laurent Bakery Macaroons

Other than Macaroons in Paris by Pierre Hermes or Laduree…I have to make do with finding good macaroons closer to home. The best macaroons in Melbourne is by Laurent Patisserie which is a french bakery. You can get a box of 6 lovely macaroons for AU$14.95. Yum Yum! I usually go tto he one in the heart of Melbourne city (in the cute little alley) but I often go the one in South Yarra too.

I remember the first time someone got me some of these on my birthday. We ate them REAL slow – there’s nothing like them, delicious!

Yummm….ate macaroons real slow – you’re spot on. light crispy on the outside and chewy – such a wonderful texture.

Do you provide the macaroons for the showbags for the Leukaemia Fundraiser Soiree?
