On my recent work conference in Melbourne, I was living the high life (literally). This included hosting customer dinners at the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere - The Eureka Tower. Eureka tower was completed in mid/late 2006 with a height of 300 meters above sea level. It is located in the Southbank area of Melbourne right on the Yarra River.

To impress C level executive customers, I have my marketing people to book me a private dining room and bar at The Eureka 89 - a restaurant located at level 89 in the Eureka Tower. The food was mediocre but the view was stunning.

Prior to drinks and dinner, we all had free entrance to the skydeck/observation centre located at level 88.

Another free work gimmick :), glad that I got to enjoy all those without having to spend a dime
